Coming into his visit on Friday, Anthony Taylor was of the mindset that if everything went according to plan, he could see himself committing and wearing the maroon and gold. It did. "It was good. I liked the campus, the program, everything about it. I talked with my parents about it and they thought it was a good school, so I agreed to commit. I came into the visit thinking I might commit," said Taylor. He and his family ran into some major traffic so they arrived on campus right around 2:30pm, Friday afternoon. Taylor got to meet with RB's Coach Jeff Conway, while his parents went into another room and met with Coach Fran. Afterwards he got a tour of the stadium and the facilities. Anthony was quick to say he's now finished with recruiting. His sole focus is to defend Guyer's State Championship and get a second ring. After that, it's on to Texas State and do what he can to rack up some wins for the 'Cats. He is the 6th commit of the 2015 cycle and 2nd running back taken. BobcatIllustrated has learned that the staff does not intend to recruit any other RB's for this class. While on his visit, Taylor did measure in at 5'10.5" and 188lbs. Previously, he logged a 4.4 40 time, hand held.
