Bo Anderson is a 6'1 220-pound MLB out of Coppell HS who runs a 4.6 40, swarms to the ball and swallows up ball carriers with his strength in the open field. Anderson visited San Marcos this past weekend and had this to say about his stay.
"It was awesome, I love San Marcos, the river running right through it would make it an awesome place to go to school," said Anderson, "I wish they were doing a little better in the Sunbelt, but they are definitely number one on my list of offers."
Anderson has four offers currently, Eastern Michigan, Wyoming, Texas State, and Nevada-Reno. Anderson says he really wants to play in the state of Texas, loves Texas State's Construction Management program, and has strong ties to a member of the staff.
"Coach (Brad) Franchione is my boy, he coached my brother at Blinn and is my position coach at Texas State. We have a pretty good relationship and I talk to either him or Coach Bedell on Twitter about once a week," said Anderson.
So far Texas State has a strong lead on the competition, however Bo says that he will be holding off until at least midway through the season before making any type of commitment, due to his confidence that he is going to "Kill it" next season. BI will continue to follow his recruitment. and keep notify of any updates.
