2015 Eligibility Pipeline: O-line

We now take a look at the Offensive Lineman that will be returning next season.

BobcatIllustrated is taking a look at how the roster will look next season with scholarship players. We're breaking down our "2015 Eligibility Pipeline" and now look at the O-lineman returning to Texas State for the 2015 season.

***Listed year of eligibility is for 2015***

Offensive Lineman (13)

Jack Costello Sr.
Matt Freeman Sr.
Zach Crawford Sr.
Brandon Sarabia Sr.
Adrian Bellard Sr.
Felix Romero Jr.
Ryan Melton Jr.
Hayden Lambert RS. Jr.
Will Copa RS Fr.
Jackson Hoskins RS. So.
Kanon Mackey RS Fr.
Tryston Mizerak RS Fr.
Kian Schoenborn RS Fr.

Returning Stat leaders:
Bellard and Melton started all twelve games for the Bobcats last season. Romero recorded 8 starts at OG, Freeman Started 6 games at Center, and Sarabia recorded 4 starts at OT before being rotated in at left guard with Felix Romero.

The offensive line was responsible for the 'Cats averaging 238 yards a game on the ground, averaging just over 5 yards a carry. In the air, the O-line kept Tyler Jones upright for 22 TD's and 2,670 passing yards.

Seniors lost: Charlie Will-Tuttle, Collin Fissel,

Texas State will lose a four year starter in Charlie Tuttle, who played both Guard and Center during his career. He started all 12 games for the Bobcats last season and was a leader on the team. Fissel started 6 games at Center and has earned starts in all four years of his eligibility.

Current Commits (3):
OT Jacob Rowland 6'5 290-pounds
OT Kregg Lemons 6'4 275-pounds
C Willie Williams 6'3 265-pounds

With so many players returning with experience, all Freshman are expected to red shirt their first year. Rowland looks the part, and is great at using his size to drive his assignment backwards. Lemons is a little smaller, however shows really good footwork and pass blocking ability.
