Baucum's Bits: Oklahoma State Edition

John Baucum looks into this weekend's matchup against Oklahoma State, here are a couple bits of info

*Oklahoma State ranks #2 in the country in scoring at 50.1 points per game

*Oklahoma State ranks #110 in total defense, giving up an average of 461 yards per game, but also #2 in the country with 18 interceptions.

*RB Joseph Randle ranks #1 in the Big 12 and #2 in the country in both scoring and touchdowns per game.

*Justin Blackmon's 12 receiving TDs lead the country

*Texas Tech leads the all-time series 21-14-3

*Tommy Tuberville is 5-5 against the top 5. 3-1 at home and 2-4 on the road (including the win in Norman)

*Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization that honors and empowers members of the US Armed Forces who have been injured in the line of duty.  The game jerseys will be auctioned on the week following the game and 100% of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.

*In nine games this year, Texas Tech has 13 players with at least 10 receptions. This marks the first time in over 11 years Tech has more than 11 with double figures.

*This is Texas Tech's 10th game of the season and the ninth consecutive TV game.

*Texas Tech is 4-5 overall on November 12th.  (2-2 at home, 2-3 on the road).
