Harrison Central (Miss.) defensive tackle LaDarrius Kidd visited Texas Tech this weekend and came away impressed.
"It was good I like Tech very much," Kidd said Sunday. "We toured the campus, saw the facilities, hung out with the players and I watched a little film of the position I play and all that."
Kidd said he hung out with Reginald Davis and Dominique Wheeler the most and had a good time.
The 6-foot-4, 315-pound lineman admitted Tech wanted him to commit badly on the visit but he didn't. So where is Texas Tech on his list and what is his timetable for deciding?
"They really want me, they are just waiting on me to commit, actually," Kidd said. "They're at the top right now. I just got to get home and talk to my parents about this."
Kidd also holds offers from Louisiana Lafayette, Louisiana Tech and UAB.
Decision Coming Soon for Kidd?
