Arlington Bowie offensive tackle Madison Akamnonu has received many offers since his visit to Texas Tech, but the Red Raiders are still hanging around.
The three-star prospect, ranked as the No. 40 OT in the 2015 class by Scout.com, is up to 13 offers.
"I have a top five right now and that is Kansas State, Baylor, Arizona State, Texas Tech and Mizzou. It's in no particular order, it's just off the top of my head."
Since RaiderPower.com last caught up with Akamnonu, he took a visit to the Big 12 school south of Tech.
"The Texas visit. I watched their practice and I mean, their practice, it was cool, but when I went to Oklahoma, I liked it there, but I didn't like it as much as I liked Texas Tech."
There are still other schools the 6-foot-5, 270-pound offensive lineman plans to visit. Both schools he mentioned are in the state of Texas, but staying in-state is not a concern of his.
"I might go to Baylor in the summertime. And the University of Houston, they invited me to their Elite 8 June 8."
