WR Corey Fulcher Commits to Texas Tech

Dallas Lake Highlands receiver Corey Fulcher committed to Texas Tech and receiver coach Emmett Jones (pictured above) on Tuesday.

Lake Highlands 2018 receiver Corey Fulcher reported an offer from Texas Tech, his first, Tuesday afternoon just a handful of hours before announcing via Twitter he had committed to the Red Raiders.

"First and foremost I would like to give my upmost thanks to GOD for giving me an opportunity to play for my dream school. Most of all, I would like to thank my family, friends, and coaches for being here to help me out with my decision. Without further ado, I would like to announce that I will be verbally committing to Texas Tech University," said Fulcher in his Twitter post.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound receiver rushed for 527 yards, seven touchdowns and caught 29 passes for 293 yards last season for the Wildcats, who finished with a 3-8 record. Fulcher is the fourth Texas Tech commit (all receivers) of the 2018 class.
