Houston TI-MSL Report: ATH/S Arist Wright

We caught up with Alief Taylor QB/ATH and NCAA D-1 athlete/safety prospect Arist Wright to talk Houston MSL camp and what teams he's currently looking at today, plus review some of his combine numbers...

"It was straight," Arist Wright said about the Houston TI/MSL camp. "I liked all of the agility drills. They had more than the Houston Coaches Association Combine will this May 8th."

Mentioned to him that he shared the mythical Houston Camp MVP honors with Spring WR Daryl Jones, Wright said, "I was surprised. First time I really ever did any drills like this. It's a lot of recognition. And I'm glad I went."

Wright, who is a cousin to LSU RB Alley Broussard, really likes "Florida."

"I'm also very interested in Miami, Texas, Arkansas, Texas A&M, Tech, LSU, and Arizona State."

Wright, who had "tired legs" after running in the Texas relays just the evening before, and lost an hour of sleep because of "daylight savings", still tested very well.

Take a quick look:

For more information on the MSL combines, go to www.mslcombines.com or simply click here. Kids planning on attending the the May 22nd or 23rd SMU Dallas camps, contact Stacey Dean via his email address which is sdean@theinsiders.com, if you have any difficulties registering.

You MUST pre-register or you will not be able to participate. There will be no last-minute walk-ups. If you're not yet signed up, you're missing out on the most realistic NFL Combine-like event, including the NFL HRT test (NFL aptitude/personality test) soon-to-be NFLers take, not to mention every drill the NFL Combine puts on and perhaps the most exciting aspect -- position-specific instruction via former/current NFL coaches and/or players. Are you ready to take YOUR game to the next level?
