The 6-1.5, 190-pounder (with 4.4-speed) also got the opportunity for some one-on-one with head man Mike Leach.
"(Leach) showed me a neat card trick," Hunter said. "I met all the coaches and everyone on the football team. And, I also got to meet Olympian (and NCAA 800m champ) Jonathan Johnson.
Hunter, who placed second in the individual 200 meters last year in 5A as a junior, is also expected to run track in college.
"I think (Red Raiders) could have won," Hunter said. "If they could have 'brought it' a little harder. I think if I would have been in the game, I could have helped them out."
His next and possibly his last official visit will be to Norman.
"I visited SFA and Tech," Hunter said. "And, I'll go to OU with Malcolm Kelly after the season is over. Then, I'll make a decision.
But, it appears he has one team a bit out in front, at least at this stage of the game.
"Texas Tech is in the lead."
High School Notes: "I think I have around 30-somethin' tackles, 2 INTs and at least 5-6 PBUs."
