*****************FEBRUARY 2 UPDATE********************
JG: What were the deciding factors in your decision to commit to Tech?
FS: "I really enjoyed my visit. They were my favorite coaches out of the places I visited."
JG: What other schools recruited you?
FS: "USC, Louisiana State, Southern Methodist, Vanderbilt and Tulane."
JG: There has been speculation about your academics. Have you qualified?
FS: "Right now, I'm a partial qualifier. I haven't gotten a high enough score on my ACT yet, but I can take it as many times as I need."
JG: Based on your rare combination of size and speed, some have suggested you should play safety instead of linebacker. What position do you want to play and are you open to the idea of a position change?
FS: "I want to play linebacker, but I wouldn't be upset if they switched me. Whatever gets me to the NFL the fastest."
JG: Earlier, you mentioned Tech's coaching staff. Where do you see Mike Leach taking the Tech program?
FS: "Coach Leach is a real cool guy. He always has a story to tell and he knows what he's doing. He keeps making the program better and better."
JG: What are your long term goals at Tech?
FS: "First of all, I want to get an education and then I want to come back and help people in Tyler."
JG: As a linebacker, who do you compare yourself to on the football field?
FS: "I'm really not like anybody else, but I like how Derrick Brooks plays at Tampa Bay."
JG: What's something most people don't know about Fletcher Session?
FS: "I'm real quiet, but once you get to know me, I can talk all day."
JG: Thanks for your time.
FS: "No problem."
