"Operation Sellout" Slated For Tonight

Country music recording artist and Tech graduate <b>Pat Green</b> will be honored in a special pre-game presentation prior to the first pitch of <b>tonight's</b> Raider baseball game vs. the <b>Oklahoma Sooners</b>.<p><br>

Green, a 1997 graduate of Tech, is one of the most popular recording artists in Texas and is also recognized nationally. His video "Carry On" was No. 1 on the Country Music Television "Most Wanted Live" chart and his video "Three Days" climbed all the way up to No. 3.

Green, who recently sold out a concert at the Astrodome in Houston, holds the No. 31 song on the Billboard chart with "Three Days." He will be honored with a special presentation by head coach Larry Hays prior to the first pitch.

Tonight is "Operation Sellout" and fans are encouraged to fill the stands in support of Tech's crucial Big 12 series vs. Oklahoma. First pitch for tonight's game is set for 7 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at the game or by calling the Tech Athletic Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH.
