The 6-foot-3, 240-pound Blatnick played primarily on the offensive line last season, but many schools are recruiting him as a defensive end on the college level.
"I just got back from a trip to Oklahoma State, it was a great trip," Blatnick said. "They really kind of set the standard. I also went to Florida and Texas A&M this past week."
Blatnick earned all-district, all-region and all-state honors as a junior. He also won the Forest Gregg award for most outstanding offensive lineman. He collected 72 pancake blocks on the season as a junior.
"I am really only looking at the schools that have offered," Blatnick said. "I would say Oklahoma State is probably my leader, but I've been there too, I haven't seen TCU or Texas Tech yet and I will do that before I decide. My goal is to commit before the season starts."
