Did Rajon Henley Qualify?

4 star defensive end Rajon Henley had trouble passing the SAT's his first time around, but decided to take another stab at it. His final test scores have arrived. Find out inside if Rajon was able to get a passing score or if he will be heading to a junior college in the Fall.

I just got off the phone with Rajon Henley's mother and she informed me that he has met all of the qualification requirements to be at Tech in the Fall. "He did it," Mrs Henley said. "He passed."

He took his SAT once and didn't score high enough to qualify. Determined to get his grades/test scores in order to get into Tech, he started getting tutored for both his school work and for the SAT.

"By the end of his senior year, he had achieved a qualifying score on his SAT and was placed on the honor roll," said Mrs. Henley. "He worked hard to get his grades and his test scores up, and it looks like it's all going to pay off."

Rajon will be in Lubbock this weekend (June 24-25) for freshman orientation and will officially move to the South Plains on July 5th.

Rajon chose Texas Tech over scholarship offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, LSU, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Missouri, Nebraska, and Utah."

Welcome to Raiderland Rajon.
