Bullitt a hard hitting defender

S/LB Terrance Bullitt has compiled a nice list of scholarship offers. He talks with Scout.com about recruiting, his strengths, and where he sees himself playing at the collegiate level.

Terrance Bullitt, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound safety/outside linebacker from Naaman Forest High in Garland, Texas already has a lot of scholarship options to mull over.

"Everything has been cool," Bullitt informed. "I got (offers) Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Wisconsin, Arizona, Kansas, and Notre Dame."

At 6-foot-3, 180 pounds, Bullitt would most likely fit in at the safety position on the next level, but he knows that he still could grow a lot before he sees the field in college.

"Right now it is going to be safety or outside linebacker. I have no clue yet. I am only 16 right now and I am going to graduate at seventeen, so I still got time to grow."

"My biggest strength is coming up and supporting the run. I am a hard hitter. I can cover good also, but one of the things I want to work hard on is my man-to-man."

"I look up to Bob Sanders, because he is a hard hitter. I like his aggressiveness."

Bullitt racked up 95 tackles, one tackle for a loss, one interception, broke up nine passes, forced to fumbles, and recovered two fumbles as a junior in 2007 to earn second team All-District honors.

Bullitt is scheduled to attend the Under Armour / Scout.com Combine in Dallas on April 19th.
