OT Joel Gray is a highly sought after recruit out of Hebron High School. At 6'7", 275 lbs., he was one of the biggest offensive linemen at the combine. He ran a 5.53-40, 8.59 L-cone, 5.06 shuttle, had a 22" vertical and an 8'0" standing broad jump. Although he's still pretty open in the recruiting process, Texas Tech is one of his favorite schools that has offered. to see what he had to say about the combine and how he feels recruitment has gone so far.
S Terrance Bullitt from Naaman Forest High in Garland, Texas has offers from around the country. At the combine, he measured in at 6'3", 177 lbs. He did not participate in the 40, L-cone, or vertical leap, but he clocked the second fatest shuttle run at 4.06 seconds. He also had a very impressive 10'0" standing broad jump. He reports a 4.55-40, a bench of 230 lbs., and a squat max of 330 lbs. Bullitt plans to camp at Tech this summer.
Randall Dent, a DT from South Grand Prairie High School, is 6'5", 253 lbs. He ran a 5.19-40, a 4.87 shuttle, and had a 27.5" vertical leap and 8'3" standing broad jump over the weekend. He has been offered by Texas Tech, but favors LSU, Texas, and Oklahoma State.
DE Alex Okafor from Pflugerville is a University of Texas commit. He measured in at 6'5", 229 lbs. and only participated in the standing broad jump, where he leapt 8'10".
