"I visited Lubbock over the weekend. I didn't participate in the camp; I just watched," Bullitt informed us. "[Abilene High LB prospect] Chris Williams was also there. They showed me and Chris around campus, and showed us the press box, the academic center, and the apartments where the football players live."
Bullitt was impressed with what he saw, and the visit seemed to bode well for the Red Raiders' chances to land the standout defender.
"I really liked everything. I liked the apartments and everything I saw. [The campus] was nice."
In addition to taking a tour of the campus, Bullitt talked with two of the biggest men on campus- Head Coach Mike Leach and Chancellor Kent Hance. Leach made quite an impression on Terrence with his unique recruiting tactics.
"I talked with Coach Leach during my visit. He was telling me about his card tricks; I guess he's good at card tricks. He also said that he watches YouTube a lot and told me to go to YouTube and type in ‘Dwayne Slay.' I typed it in, and it was somebody that looked just like the way I try to play.
"Chancellor Hance also met [Chris and me]. He told us that we're very good football players and that he'd love to have us here. He also told us that we could have big impact on the program."
In addition to visiting with Coach Leach, Bullitt sat down with defensive coordinator Ruffin McNeill.
"Coach McNeill talked with me and told me he was glad that I came to visit and to just ask him if I had any questions."
While Bullitt's visit was a productive one, he is still up in the air as far as the schools that he's seriously considering.
"I haven't narrowed it down yet because I have some more schools that I want to visit before I choose my favorites. I'll have that list towards the end of July though."
