Defensive Tackle No Longer at Texas

A former top defensive tackle recruit is no longer with the Texas program.

Texas defensive tackle Taylor Bible is no longer with the Longhorn program.

Bible was at one-time considered a five-star recruit, before Midlands Recruiting Analyst Greg Powers took over the job. Powers bumped him to a four-star, and Bible never lived up to his promise. He arrived on campus overweight and was never able to crack the defensive tackle rotation, eventually getting lapped by a member of his own class (Ashton Dorsey), a true freshman (Desmond Jackson), a converted defensive end (Greg Daniels) and a converted running back/H-back (Chris Whaley).

Bible's potential transfer destination is unknown.
