Bragg Wants to Prove He's Best

Nacagdoches product Jacob Bragg took part in the U.S. Army All-American Combine, trying to prove himself as one of the state's best line prospects.

"I just want to get noticed," Bragg said. "I want to prove myself and be the best out there. I want to take that challenge on."

For many of the state's talent connoisseurs, Bragg has already emerged as one of the state's top interior offensive linemen, a force to be reckoned with from his center spot.

"I've heard it," Bragg said about being one of the top linemen in Texas. "I've looked online, and people have looked online and told me they've seen that.

"But there's always somebody better," Bragg said. "So I have to keep pushing."

Bragg summed up his game in one word: "aggressive," and said he worked on moving his feet and delivering a pop with his hands. His game has drawn the attention of multiple Big 12 schools, including TCU and Oklahoma State, and while he doesn't currently have any offers, that should change pretty quickly.

Bragg said his recruitment was open at this point.
