Three-star RB waiting on UT

One player the Longhorns have kept tabs on but still want to see more of is three-star running back Tristian Houston (Galena Park, Texas/North Shore).

Houston (5-foot-10, 195 pounds) visited UT while he was on campus competing in the Texas Relays. He told LonghornDigest then that the coaches wanted to see more of him this spring, and that's pretty much where things stand right now.

He said he hasn't heard from the Longhorns since the Texas Relays but has heard from several others, including Maryland and LSU.

Houston, who visited LSU last week, said the Tigers are going to come by in May. He also said Maryland wide receivers coach Keenan McCardell is going to visit April 15-19.

However, Houston has told LonghornDigest that he would commit to Texas if it offered.

Houston led North Shore (12-1 in 2013) in rushing attempts (152), yards rushing (1,495) and rushing touchdowns (18) last season.
