2016 QB Loves Texas

The state of Texas is one of the top high school quarterback producing states in all of America. Year in and year out college coaches from across the country come to Texas in search of the next great quarterback. The class of 2016 is very deep and talented starting with Logan Bonner.

Quarterback Logan Bonner checks in at 6-foot-1, 180-pounds from Rowlett (TX) and is teammates with current Longhorn verbal commitment Charles Omenihu. Bonner had a great sophomore campaign to the tune of 2,400 passing yards with 22 touchdowns and another 440 rushing with 8 more touchdowns on the ground.

"I love Texas," Logan Bonner said. "Since I was a little kid and I believe coach [Charlie] Strong is a very good coach and he did great at Louisville. I feel like he can do even better with the Texas program and with very good coaches like Shawn Watson. When I met coach Watson right off the bat I liked him."

The last time Bonner visited Texas was during Thanksgiving but he plans to return in June for the quarterback camp.
