For starters, helmet decals were noticeably absent, as Charlie Strong has made it clear to his players that they will need to earn even the smallest things to represent the Longhorns.
There was also some shifting on the offensive line, with Jake Raulerson moving to a new spot in right tackle and Taylor Doyle taking first team reps. (Wilkerson also has some thoughts on Kent Perkins, as well as offensive coordinator Joe Wickline using "smart" linemen).
Finally, walk-on Dylan Haines continues to impress his teammates in the secondary.
