Devin Duvernay is one of the most highly ranked players in the state of Texas for the class of 2016. The standout wide receiver checks in from Sachse (TX) at 5-foot-10, 175-pounds.

Devin Duvernay is the No 2 ranked wide receiver prospect in the class of 2016, and he is being recruited as such. Texas, Wisconsin, UCLA, Tulsa, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, TCU, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Miami, Clemson and Baylor as just a few teams that are fighting for his services.

"The feeling is great," Duvernay said. He is one of the most electric players in America is being recruited for his speed and playmaking abilities with the ball in his hands.

Defensive line coach, Chris Rumph is his recruiting coach, and they are off to a good start with each other.

"When coach Rumph and I talk we talk about life, not just football," Duvernay said. "There's more to life than football."

Texas, Texas Tech, Baylor, Oklahoma and Texas A&M are showing the most attention at this time for Duvernay. He will look to make his decision around this time next year.

"I am looking forward to playing it out and seeing what every school has to offer me," Duvernay said. "As far as my game to go along with speed and athletic ability I have great vision and hands and can run good routes to help me more."
