Bryan Henderson is Drawing Interest

Bryan Henderson checks in from Mesquite (TX) at 5-foot-11, 185-pounds. The 2016 standout safety has interest from five.

Bryan Henderson has a very good junior campaign. On the year Henderson has 50 tackles, 35 solo, eight for loss, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He also has four pass break-ups, and one blocked field goal for a touchdown to go along with one sack.

"One thing I've done well is cover man to man," Henderson said. "I've been put on an island at corner the past three games and taken away the option for the quarterback. One thing I would like to improve on is keeping my eyes out of the backfield while in coverage."

Even though Henderson is still in search of his first offer he has been able to take in some big games this season.

"I've attended two Texas games and one SMU game," Henderson said. "The Texas games were both great experiences. The SMU visit was good too; I talked to the linebacker coach, and they stressed the educational value of SMU over the football program. I plan on visiting Texas Tech next week and would like to take a TCU visit."

Henderson has interest from five.

"Schools showing interest are Missouri, Texas, SMU, Colorado State, California and North Texas," Henderson said.

One school he would like to hear more from is TCU and head coach Gary Patterson.
