Madre Harper checks in at 6-foot-2, 170-pounds. He is still looking for his first football offer and with stats like these it might be right around the corner.
"I have 37 tackles, one interception, ten passes broken up, two forced fumbles and one tackle for loss in eight games," Harper said. "I have gotten a lot faster this year and have better play on the ball. I still need to work on quicker breaks to the ball on the short game and start running through the break and picking those off."
Harper has been in attendance for a couple of games so far this season with more on the way.
"I've attended games at LSU, Oklahoma/Tennessee, Missouri and Kansas State/Texas," Harper said. "They were all great games in which it showed what it was like, the intensity in college and the size and speed of the players. Some of the games were a blow out, but it showed me without discipline and being prepared that's what can happen. It opened my eyes to what I need to do to be college ready my senior year and the stage that I might be playing at."
"If I had to pick one though, Michigan State lockdown defense," Harper said.
