One of the top overall players in the class of 2016 is safety Christian Wallace. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound standout is the No 10 ranked safety in the country and finds himself No 144 overall regardless of position.
Christian Wallace is from Katy (TX) Obra D. Tompkins. The four-star defensive standout has offers from TCU, Texas, Houston, Oregon State, Mississippi State, Oklahoma and Mississippi to name a few.
"The overall recruiting process has been very interesting for me and my family," Wallace said. "It's nothing that I would have expected."
What does Wallace thinks he does well?
"My overall game, there's many parts to that, but I would say i'm very mentally sound of the game in my speed and agility backs up my knowledge of the game," Wallace said. "I'm just a student of the game at it's best."
Wallace has visited Texas A&M and Baylor for games this season and is trying to make it to TCU. TCU is his leader at this time. Wallace also has a good relationship with the Texas coaching staff.
"I think Texas is coming along as a team week by week, and me and the coaching staff have a good relationship," Wallace said.
