Aubrey White Talks Recruiting and More

Aubrey White checks in from Wylie (Texas) and is currently committed to Kansas. The Wylie East star plays wide receiver and running back at 5-foot-11, 190-pounds.

Aubrey White made an early pledge to Kansas back in October. White is firm with the Jayhawks but may take some visits moving forward.

"The process has been frustrating at times but most importantly been a blessing because not everyone has the opportunity like I do, and so I am humble," White said. "I take everything a day at a time and focus on maintaining my grades and me and my family concentrate on what each school that has offered or is looking at me what's their intentions for me to be in their system."

White could attend some junior days in March and expects to see some coaches come through during the May evaluation period. What does White think about Texas and Charlie Strong?

"It's an outstanding campus and school to get an education," White said. "Coach Strong and the staff is hard-working making UT a big time program again."

Why are teams looking at White? He talked about his game and more.

"Phenomenal," White said. "A student of the game and respects it and takes advantage of his opponents and never lets the person in front of him out play him. It takes more than one person to bring him down."
