Trayveon Williams Eyes Wide Open

Four-star running back Trayveon Williams checks in from Houston (Texas) C.E. King. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound running back is open to the recruiting process and will look at everyone before making a decision.

Trayveon Williams is the No 4 ranked back in Texas. The No 4 ranked back in the Midland region; the No 24 ranked back in America, and the No 283 ranked player regardless of position in the class of 2016.

"The recruiting process has been a blast personally," Williams said. "It has made me grind harder and harder but for my family it's been a blessing and my parents are beyond proud of me for all that I have accomplished on and off the field."

Williams holds offers from TCU, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech to name a few.

"I have visited junior days and games with Texas A&M and TCU," Williams said. "Those two have very good programs on and off the field. I am planning on attending upcoming junior day to Austin for their junior day."

Williams does not know much about Charlie Strong and staff but what he does know he likes.

"I feel that they have a strong coaching staff with a good tradition and great experience," Williams said.

Why does Williams have over a dozen offers?

"For someone who hasn't seen me play I would say I am a complete back," Williams said. "Be prepared to witness great vision, speed, quickness, great hands, blocking and a player who can make a difference on a play without even having the ball in my hands."

TCU is thought to be the leader for Williams at this time. Can Texas make an impact this weekend during junior day for the four-star tailback?
