Longhorns offer two more from Florida

Charlie Strong continued to pepper the Sunshine State with Longhorns offers this week.

The two players are as follows:

With Burns and Davis included, Strong has offered - wait for it - 17 recruits from Florida in 2016. Texas signed five players from the Sunshine State in 2015.

In Burns, you have one of the top defensive ends in the country, who holds offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Miami, South Carolina, and several others.

It appears like the Hurricanes are the clubhouse leader at the moment. If Texas wants a chance of swaying him west to Austin it will have to get him to campus.

Odds are even less in the Longhorns favor when it comes Bush, whose father is former Florida State safety Devin Bush.

However, Michigan has managed to make waves with Bush and even got him to schedule a visit in June. Perhaps UT can do the same?
