”So far this summer I’ve been mostly attending camps such as Texas, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M,” Rodgers said. “I don’t have any offers but would say Oklahoma State and Texas are showing the most attention.”
Rodgers has been impressed with Charlie Strong and the Longhorn program.
”I could see myself going to Texas,” Rodgers said. “Coach Strong is a very nice coach with the attitude to win. I like that about him.”
Rodgers is a very athletic tight end who was used primarily as a blocking tight end last season. I would expect to see him with a breakout season in 2015. As far as how he would describe his game for those that have not had the pleasure of watching him play.
”They will see whatever God allows them to see and me to do,” Rodgers said.
Texas fans can expect to see Rodgers on campus in a few weeks time.
