While the Longhorns finished the 2014 season in a disappointing manner, it was evident at Texas Media Day on Thursday that the team will enter fall camp with a new and refreshed mindset.
Receiver Marcus Johnson, who has embraced his role as a leader on the offense, says he can see a difference in the attitude of the team as well as growth among the underclassmen from where the team stood a year ago.
Johnson also spoke about his own mindset going into the season and says he's confident that things will be different this time around.
"I'm a lot more comfortable. I feel a lot more prepared. I feel like I've worked harder than I ever have leading into the season," he said.
More from Johnson on the receiving corps and working with new position coach Jay Norvell, below.
