Marvin Wilson has offers from LSU, Michigan, Texas A&M, UCLA and USC to name a few. The big defensive tackle recently visited the University of Texas for the Charlie Strong Under the Lights camp. It was the second time attending the Charlie Strong event. Wilson will battle for elite five-star status before his high school playing days are over.

”I’m very quick off the ball,” Wilson said. “I have violent and quick hands with a variety of pass rush moves. I break to the ball no matter what side of the field it’s on. I also play a tad bit too high when I get tired. Need to work on staying better conditioned to keep my impact on the game lasting even longer.”

As the high school season is right around the corner, Wilson is filled with energy beyond belief.

”My excitement level cant be put into words,” Wilson said. “I mean we have the best schedule. We play the top four schools to open the regular season. Then roll over into SPC play. Plan to play undefeated all season long to prove we are the best private school in Teas.”

With the start of college football right around the corner many fans and players are in official college football mode.

”College football starting means I finally have something to watch on TV besides the reruns from last year,” Wilson said. “I love watching intense college football, where everybody on the team is out there for a reason and it’s to win.”
