A Longhorns-Aggies Battle for J.K. Dobbins?

Four-star running back JK Dobbins (La Grange, Texas/ La Grange) recently visited the University of Texas at the end of July. The Longhorns left an impression.

"I'm feeling great about UT!" Dobbins said.

The playmaker from La Grange, Texas is entering his junior year. He already has an offer from Texas.

Along with Texas, he has offers from Oklahoma, TCU, Texas A&M, Arizona State, Cal, Duke, Houston, SMU and Stanford.

While Longhorns and Aggies fans may want this to become the battle of the (former) rivals, the speedster said there's more in the mix.

"I still like OU and TCU," Dobbins said. "And I also like Stanford."

Dobbins is a shorter back at 5-foot-9 but he has blazing speed, including running a 4.18 shuttle. He also has a 38.5 inch vertical.

He ended his sophomore season with 2,230 rushing yards and 37 touchdowns. He also had nine catches for 161 yards and two touchdowns.
