2017 WR R.J. Sneed Talks about his most recent trip to Texas

Numerous prospects from the class of 2017 were on hand this weekend as Texas defeated Kansas. One such player, R.J. Sneed checks in at 6-foot-1, 170-pounds from Cypress (Texas) Cypress Ranch.

R.J. Sneed is a wide receiver in the 2017 recruiting class.  He has early offers from Houston, Illinois, SMU and Texas-San Antonio.  Sneed visited unofficially as Texas defeated Kansas Saturday night.

“The overall trip was great,” R.J. Sneed said.  “I like the way the offense played last night.  The crowd was great.  I talked to Coach [Chris] Vaughn and coach [Jay] Norvell.  They were glad they saw me and liked what they saw.”

What’s next for the talented wide receiver?

“What’s next for me is to try and take my team far in the playoff’s,” Sneed said.  I could possibly be back in Austin for the Thanksgiving game.”
