Four-star U.S. Army All-American defensive tackle Jordan Elliott tells HD that he'll be visiting the Longhorns this weekend.
Elliott has long been one of Charlie Strong's top targets but he has not been able to completely win him over at this point.
Ever since the 6-foot-4, 300-pound Elliott committed to Michigan on Nov. 28 - choosing the Wolverines over Texas - he's been very adament about his commitment to Jim Harbaugh's program.
But there's always been something about UT that's intrigued Elliott and he'll surely be given the red carpet treatment from the staff this weekend as one of a handful of expected visitors.
Elliott was the best defensive tackle for the West during practice for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and would immediately compete for playing time on a defensive line that is in dire need of depth for 2016.
