OT Grayson Reed One to Watch for Longhorns

Texas has offered a handful of offensive linemen in the class of 2017. Adrian Early, Walker Little, Austin Deculus, Jack Anderson, Tyrese Robinson and Grayson Reed are the six players with offers at this time.

Grayson Reed checks in from Houston (Texas) Cypress Creek at 6-foot-4, 290-pounds.  He has good body control, balance and quick feet.  Nice strength and power for a rising senior who will only continue to grow into the position. Grayson Reed is one of the most heavily recruited players in Texas with over 15 offers including Baylor, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M.

Reed plans to attend the first Texas junior day of the season at the end of the month.

Scout.com Take:

Will be in the argument at the end of the day to be one of the top rated players in the class. he has the necessary size and strength to truly dominate at the highest levels of competition in high school ball. He has really good feet that allows him to lock onto and stay with defensive linemen until the whistle blows. - Greg Powers
