Scout.com Take:

Browning is everything you want in a linebacker. He possesses size, toughness, above average athleticism. He is also solid tackler who plays with a high motor. He is an above average hitter who can patrol the whole field. Really love his upside as a prospect as well, because he has the type of frame that should develop into something special in the college strength and conditioning program. - Greg Powers
