Scout.com Take

Buckley is a talented receiver with the potential to be able to play the slot or outside at the Power Five conference level. Dangerous vertical threat who repeatedly gets behind the defense for big plays. Excellent red-zone weapon. High-points ball plays larger than listed size in ball-winning scenarios. Good body control. High-energy, competitive, positive player. Slender build right now but possesses the frame that should develop w/maturity.-G.Brooks
