Jordan Moore landed a big time offer earlier today as the Texas Longhorns extended a verbal scholarship offer. Moore and his family couldn’t be happier.
“Words cannot describe how excited I am,” Jordan Moore said. “It’s going to take a while for this to sink in! When Coach Strong told me that I was offered, it really hit me hard! Who would’ve thought that the University of Texas would offer me, a small town 3A kid! I feel like I have a real good relationship with the coaches. We have the same kind of swagger. My mom was really excited; I don’t think she can describe in words either.”
Texas offered Moore as a cornerback. The Longhorns offered his brother, wide receiver Joshua Moore as well. The Moore brothers join Jalen Preston, B.J. Foster, Mustapha Muhammad, Malcolm Epps, Max Wright, Zadock Dinkelmann and Anthony Cook as players from the class of 2018 with verbal offers from Texas.
