2018 OL Gaining Interest

Waxahachie (Texas) standout offensive linemen Jack York checks in at 6-foot-5, 287-pounds. The Offensive tackle holds offers from Bowling Green and North Texas.

“It’s definitely stressful and is something that is constantly on my mind,” Jack York said.  “Just want 110% the decision I make is the right one for my family and me.”

York is gaining interest from numerous teams around the country.  It’s only a matter of time before he adds new offers.

“I hear a lot from Houston Cougars, Texas Longhorns, Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys, Texas State Bobcats daily, Utah Utes, Tulsa Golden Hurricane, Texas Tech Red Raiders, Tulane Green Wave, Arkansas Razorbacks, UCF Golden Knights and as far as Ivy League schools so far I've heard from Yale, Princeton, and Harvard.”

York visited Oklahoma State this past weekend and planned to see a few more Big 12 schools moving forward including Oklahoma and Texas.

“I plan on visiting Oklahoma state this weekend,” York said. “I've talked to the Oklahoma OL coach about visiting sometime this year, likely will get back to UT soon, and wouldn't mind taking another trip to Tech. I really like the energy that the current Texas staff brings, and it would be a crazy fun environment to play in.”
