Tom Herman Arrives In Austin For Official Introduction As Texas Longhorns Head Coach

University of Texas will announce Tom Herman as its new head football coach at an introductory press conference Sunday evening. HornsDigest.com has the latest updates involving the Longhorns' head coach.

In case you missed it, Texas announced Saturday afternoon that University of Houston head coach Tom Herman would replace third-year head coach Charlie Strong - who was fired Saturday morning following the Longhorns' third-straight losing season.

A former Texas graduate assistant under Mack Brown, Herman heads to Austin following a two-year stint at Houston where he led the Cougars to 22-4 record as head coach.
