Oklahoma preps TE Reese Leitao
has made his Texas Longhorns
commitment official, signing his NLI Wednesday. The three-star prospect was among the first wave of recruits offered by first-year head coach Tom Herman
after he took over in Austin.
A former Nebraska Cornhuskers
verbal pledge, Leitao re-opened his recruiting process after taking an official visit to Texas in early December. He committed to the Longhorns prior to the New Year.
At 6-foot-4, 234-pounds, Leitao is the No. 1 ranked tight end in Oklahoma in 2017.
