Texas Longhorns Spring Football Injury Update

HornsDigest.com has the latest injury news as Texas football prepares to begin spring practice.

Tight end Andrew Beck and punter Michael Dickson will both miss at least a portion of spring football practice.

The University of Texas confirmed Beck (broken left foot) and Dickson (right hamstring) are working to recover from injuries the two sustained during offseason workouts. No timetable is currently set for their return.

As HornsDigest.com previously reported, quarterback Shane Buechele played through a sprained thumb on his throwing hand during the final part of the 2016 football season. Buechele has been working with the Longhorns throughout offseason workouts, and will fully participate when spring football begins in early March.
