Offensive tackle Victor Curne holds offers from TCU Horned Frogs and Oklahoma State Cowboys. The 6-foot-5, 310-pound standout is a player who could garner a lot of attention moving forward from a variety of schools.
“The strength of my game would probably be my athleticism for a big guy, and I’m maybe more raw talents, but with the right tutelage and program I think I can reach my full potential,” Victor Curne said. “The recruiting process has been fun so far. I’m ready for the attention since I’m an OL I don’t get much of it.”
Curne made an unofficial visit as Texas held Junior day and walked away impressed.
“I have talked to Texas State, Texas Longhorns, SMU Mustangs, TCU and Texas A&M Aggies,” Curne said. “MY Texas visit was probably the best visit, and I’ve seen what Coach Herman did at Houston, so I’m interested to see him change the culture at UT too. I got along with Coach Warehime well, seems like one of those coaches that can get the best out of me. TCU was great they treated me like I was their priority. I haven’t visited Oklahoma State, but I plan on it. I have to know my position coach well.”
