Moore had an impressive showing at The Opening New Orleans Regional Camp, and Scout.com had Gabe Brooks on hand to take in the day’s events.
“The Texas A&M pledge is one of the top athlete prospects in the state of Texas, but worked out defensive back at Sunday's camp,” Brooks said. “That's where he likely fits best at the next level. Moore plays long and athletic. His experience playing small-school ball in Texas and spending extensive time on both sides of the ball obviously helps him in his reps at cornerback. Moore's physical nature stood out and allowed him to get the upper hand on the majority of the reps we witnessed.”
Jordan Moore and his mother will make an unofficial visit to Texas later today. Moore announced his intentions to play for Texas A&M on December 21st, 2016. As long as Moore is still open to the idea of playing for a team other than the Aggies he will continue to take trips. Bringing his mother on the visit only validates the families intentions of having the door open at this time. If Texas decides to put the full court press on the Moore family things will become very interesting not only for Jordan Moore but Joshua Moore as well.
