Scout.com Take

For a big-framed defensive end type, Tatum is pretty quick off the ball, with good frame potential to undergo a transformation in college. He has a quick first step, and he is an ideally a big defensive end at the next level with the possibility of moving into the interior of the defensive line as he grows and matures. He has the strength to handle interior lineman and double teams at the high school level right now, but he also has the quickness to play on the edge and get past offensive tackles and create havoc in the backfield. He needs to continue to develop his and moves and techniques but has a lot of upsides. - Greg Powers
