Keaontay Ingram, the top 2018 running back in Texas and the No. 200 overall prospect in the Scout 300, confirmed Monday afternoon with Scout's Gabe Brooks that he does indeed have one school leading at the moment.
However, a hand full of others are also in the mix and could get visits this offseason.

2016: As a junior, Ingram led Carthage High to a 13-2 season and the Texas Class 4A D-I state crown. He accounted for 2,741 yards from scrimmage and 34 total touchdowns. Ingram ran for 2,244 yards and 32 TD's on more than seven yards per carry, while catching 47 passes for 492 yards and two TD's.
2015: Ingram enjoyed a breakout sophomore season, where he gained 826 yards from scrimmage and scored nine total touchdowns as he helped Carthage to an 11-4 record and Texas Class 4A Division I state semifinal appearance. Ingram ran for 637 yards and seven TD's on 8.6 yards per carry, while catching 14 passes for 189 yards and two scores on 13.5 yards per reception.
