OL E.J. Ndoma-Ogar Recaps His Trip to Texas Mini-Camp

Allen (Texas) is home to one of the top offensive tackle prospects in America for the class of 2019. The 6-foot-3, 290-pound tackle made his way to Texas yesterday to participate in a mini-camp with the Longhorns.

Four-star offensive tackle E.J. Ndoma-Ogar checks in from Allen (Texas) at 6-foot-3, 290-pounds.  A member of the 2019 recruiting class, the standout enjoyed his time with Texas for mini-camp this past weekend.

 

Question:  What time did you arrive in Austin, who went with you and what was the first thing you did?

 

Answer:  We arrived at 5:15. Registered, heard from Coach Herman, stretched, and got to work!!  I went with my dad. 

 

Question:  Which coaches did you spend the most time with and what were they telling You?

 

Answer:  OL coach. They said I did really well. They like the fact that I was eager to compete in every drill. 

 

Question:  How do you feel you performed today. Did the coaches talk about or extend you an offer? If so how does it feel and if not what did they say they want to see moving forward?

 

Answer:  I am hopeful that as I continue to work hard and focus on the relationship, then the offer will come. I am enjoying the process because they are taking time to get to my family and me in this process

 

Question:  Overall how would you rank this visit for you and your family and where do the Longhorns stand for you today?

 

Answer: This is our 3rd visit, and it gets better each time. I am excited about what they are building and look forward to my next visit. I am still very early in my process, but Texas is definitely a school that I want to build a strong relationship with.
