Recruiting: Xavier Lee Talks About His Visit Plans

At the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Daytona Beach QB Xavier Lee shared with us his immediate plans regarding the recruiting process.

About two weeks ago, Lee told IT he'd take official visits to FSU (January 9th), Texas (January 16th) and Syracuse (January 23rd).

But is that still the case?

"Yes, I'm visiting FSU this weekend, Texas on the 16th and Syracuse on the 23rd."

Dean: So you'll definitely take all three of those visits before making your college announcement at you high school banquet?

XL: Yes, I will.

Asked who from Texas was recruiting him, the 6-3, 215-pounder said, "Greg Davis."

In the U.S. Army All-American Game, the 5-star prospect also played some wide receiver. Any intentions to move to that position in college?

"Not at all," Lee said. "I still want to play quarterback. I just played a little wide receiver to support my team, help us out and don't plan on doing that for more than this game. But I thought it was fun and was glad to help out."
