Brian Boddicker is a picture of concentration as he hits a three-pointer in the first half of Saturday's game. Boddicker finished with 5 points and three rebounds on the day.
Royal and Edgar Moreno eye a potential turnover as OSU's Tony Allen temporarily loses control of the ball. Texas was able to force 12 OSU turnovers, but the Cowboys shot over 48 percent for the game and outrebounded Texas 38-30.
Brandon Mouton goes strong to the basket. Mouton was effective in the first half, but was largely held in check after halftime and finished with just 11 points on 4-11 shooting.
Brad Buckman and P.J. Tucker block out after Brandon Mouton fires up a three. Buckman grabbed three rebounds and scored four points in just 12 minutes of action.
James Thomas slams home two of his 13 points. Like the rest of the team, Thomas had a rough night from the free-throw line. Thomas hit on just 3-6 attempts, and as a team Texas finished the game 10-20 from the line.
Kenny Taylor locks his eyes on former teammate John Lucas. Lucas faced heavy pressure from the Longhorn defense throughout the game but he held up well, finishing with 13 points, five assists and just one turnover.
Royal Ivey hit this shot to help key a late Texas run against the Cowboys. Ivey led Texas with 14 points, but he was just 4-10 from the line and was not able to pull out another late-game comeback win.
Jason Klotz hit several big shots down the stretch, including this baseline hook for two of his ten points.
Kenny Taylor buries a three that brought Texas to within two points of the lead. This would be as close as the Horns would come though, as missed free throws on offense and missed assignments on defense were too much to overcome.
