"I think he was a little excited about it," Mr. Nemons continued. "Of course, he's excited about his other offers too. We've certainly been Texas fans and we were pleased they decided to offer."
Nemons already owned offers from his other faves.
"When we went to Stillwater, his mother and I were very impressed with OSU, the program, academics, their training program, the way they're recruiting him," Mr. Nemons added. "And, of course, we were impressed with Oklahoma as well when went up there for an unofficial."
Asked if the Sooners still led, Nemons said, "I think it would be better if you asked Terrel that. But I would say that he'll take his official visits and then go from there. He really has a big four right now in Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas and Kansas. And I think all of those schools offer quite a bit with what he's looking for in a school."
Nemons' father went on to say that he was pretty certain his son's official visit agenda will include the aforementioned four programs.
"I know he'll go to Texas, OU, OSU and probably Kansas too, but we haven't set any dates yet. I don't think he'll make a decision (on his future) before taking those trips."
